Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual who is able to effectively manage multiple priorities. The Audit Office is responsible for auditing a large, complex institution with approximately $1.9 billion in revenues and $6.3 billion in assets on behalf of the Board of Trustees and the University. As a team member, the successful candidate is responsible for planning, performing, and documenting the results of information technology compliance, internal control, and operational audits, providing relevant analyses, and recommending improvements while promoting ethical behavior and compliance with information technology policies and regulations.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent course work is required. Candidates should have at least 3-5 years experience in an information technology auditing environment or equivalent experience; auditing higher education experience preferred. Experience in defining and analyzing IT business processes and strategies is strongly desired. A Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or active pursuit of certification is required. Designation must be obtained within two years of employment. Good written and oral communication skills are a must. Accessibility to a car is required, although out of town travel for audits is rare.df-tc
