IT at Nike is over 900 professionals working on the most advanced business applications and e-commerce capabilities in the industry. For instance, Nike Retail IT is in the process of implementing a completely new Global systems footprint, encompassing NSB, SAP Retail and SAS.

As our Senior IT Manager for Retail ERP, you'll work as part of the Retail IT team in developing and supporting the expansion of Nike’s US and Global Retail presence. This ground-floor opportunity will provide you with the chance to apply your leadership skills through the hiring, development and management of a team of 20-30 business systems analysts, application engineers and contracting staff. You'll provide team coaching, development, performance reviews and motivation. You'll be responsible for managing key vendor relationships and the global rollout of Retail IT’s ERP platform. You'll also work in a Program Management capacity, overseeing the assigned Project Managers. You'll track and manage costs, as well as manage through scope and functionality requirements leading towards a global footprint. In addition, you'll work in a team environment where you'll be encouraged to express technical leadership and strategic and tactical direction, assist in decision making and openly share information across the team.

Requirements for the position include:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field
8 years’ experience in IT, business or a related field
2 years’ additional experience in lieu of a degree
3 years’ experience directing and supporting ERP systems, preferably SAP or SAP for Retail
3 years’ progressive experience leading or managing teams, preferably multiple teams simultaneously
3 years' experience in a project or program environment is strongly preferred
Experience working with program-level, department-level and project-level budgets
Ability to provide leadership and clarity in ambiguous situations, such as the startup of a major program
Experience with package-based development and working with package vendors
Experience in contract administration, vendor performance management, and building effective partnerships with strategic application vendors
Experience in organizational change management and resource transition practices
Experience building an effective resource model that utilizes and optimizes internal and external Shared Services partners to support and deliver business solutions
Experience complying with Sarbanes-Oxley controls and Data Security Standards (e.g. PCI DSS and FACTA)
Experience in retail business processes/practices and retail application systems are preferred
Experience working in a multi-channel environment of Brick and Mortar and Online Commerce is preferred
Strong track record of delivering results to the businessdf-tc
