Description
Information Technology Software/IT Services firm is in immediate need of a Senior IT Manager for their corporate infrastructure.

If you a solid IT Manager, Director of IT, or Information Technology Project Manager with excellent people management skills as well as an in depth knowledge of Infrastructure LAN/WAN environments, please read on.

What you need:
  • Strong experience managing Networking environments including:
  • Network Security initiatives
  • Infrastructure administration maintenance and troubleshooting (Microsoft Infrastructure env.)
  • Administration of data processing and storage (SQL, SAN/NAS)
  • Telephony Administration
  • Experience managing a Help Desk/Support team
  • Strong Experience with Vendor Management as it pertains to relative departments
  • BA Degree (MS Degree preferred)
  • Any relevant certs are a plus: MCSE, CCNP, CISSP, PMP, etc.
What you'll be doing:
  • Managing a team of 5-10 IT Engineers at different levels
  • Vendor Management/Negotiation
  • Hire/Fire responsibilities
  • Identifies and provides standards for gathering information for use in trend analysis and reports information to company management.
  • Exercises staff oversight to ensure new operations plans, policies, procedures, and transition/migration plans are consistent with the overall company goals and objectives.
