Description
Our client, located in South San Francisco, is currently in need of a Senior IT specialist. This is a full time permanent position.

Qualifications include installing, maintaining troubleshoot and applying updates to:

AS/400, several servers, desktops, laptops, backup devices for network servers and for AS/400.



Additional Required Experience includes:
Managing Windows 2000 or NT server environment
Rebuild a laptop / desktop
Rebuild a server
Add printers
Add AS/400 sessions and printers to desktops and laptops
Trouble shoot Network connection problems
Add new devices to phone system and maintain phone systems


This person will also need to have a strong working experience with: Routers and switches, operating and network system software, helping local and remote users troubleshoot connectivity problems, entering transactions, assisting with cycle and physical inventories.



Additional Required Knowledge:
Knowledge in inventory applications
Knowledge of warehouse application
Experience in using inventory/warehouse applications
Background in desk support
Report writing experience
