MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

The selected candidate must satisfy the following eligibility requirements:

1.A BS degree in MIS/CIS and ten (10) years experience in the IT industry.
2.Three (3) years experience, within the last four (4) years, as project manager of software development projects with proven ability to delivery functioning web based application.
3.Three (3) years experience, within the last four (4) years, as lead developer, implementing software development best practices including test driven development, using version control,
4.Six (6) years application development experience, within the last ten (10) years, including object oriented design, relational database architecture, stored procedure programming.
5.Two (2) years experience, within the last four (4) years, programming with ASP.NET including both C# and VB.NET.
6.Two (2) years experience, within the last four (4) years, implementing Business Intelligence solutions such as Crystal Reports, SQL Reporting Services or Cognos.
