Senior Information Security Engineer - Network Security - CISSP, DIACAP

Are you a Senior Information Assurance with over 4 years of C&A experience working with ST&E processes and Computer Incident Response and worked for a DoD agency? Then we need you for an upcoming 5 year government project!

THIS POSITION REQUIRES AN ACTIVE MINIMUM SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE. ONLY CANDIDATES WITH AN ACTIVE CLEARANCE WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION.

This project will start in July, but you will secured the position now!

What you need:
4 years experience with Security Test & Evaluation (ST&E) processes

• Must have relevant hands on experience with Windows operating systems (2000, 2003, XP), Unix, Firewalls, intrusion detection systems, Demilitarized Zones (DMZs), Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP), satellite systems, Routers and SSL.
• Must have some knowledge and experience with one of the following database management systems (Oracle, Sybase or SQL).

• Information assurance and/or network security
• Network vulnerability assessment and protection
• Current security clearance and operating system certification or obtain certification within 6 months of contract award date in accordance with the Information Workforce Improvement Program
• Must have at least 3 years experience with Computer Incident Response
• Military/government related IT project
• Knowledge with MSC's Information Assurance policy is a plus!
• DIACAP experience
• Possess security certification such as CISSP certification and/or Global Information Assurance certification
• Must be familiar with DoD and DoN IA policy.

• Knowledge MSC's IA policy, COMSCINST 5239.3A, DoDI 8510.01, DoN DIACAP Handbook along with DoD, DoN and MSC IA policies and DoN DIACAP
• Experience with RETINA, DISA Gold Disk, DISA STIGS and SRR.

• Certification in Windows, UNIX and CISCO

• Supporting military/government projects on network/Internet security assurance issues and projects
• Provide technical support and administration for network and security architecture
