Description
seeking a Sr. Instructional Designer to join our team in Champaign, IL. Successful candidate will provide instructional design-Courseware support to our client. Specific job tasks include:. Demonstrated expertise and competence in ISD. Ability to write high level and detailed documentation. Ability to write training from resource mate. Ability to work in team environment. Ability to deliver under deadline Independent development of client-focused training to meet productivity goals, project specifications and client satisfaction measures; design, create, edit, proofread, manage client approval, and supervise production quality. Provision of clients with credible, demonstrated expertise in instructional design principles, thereby assisting in course analyses and user interface selections, selection and improvement of design tools, and constructive interface with content SMEs.Development of all facets of high level training materials, companion audio and computer components, working with DT2 technical staff.Participation in the creative instructional development process with other development staff and regional managers.

Experience/Skills
Secret clearance or ability to qualify for Secret clearance• Experience with Tactical Operations Centers preferred• Schoolhouse Instructor experience preferred• Bachelor’s Degree in Adult Education, Instructional Design, Communications, Computer Science or Training-related field preferred• Demonstrated expertise and competence in instructional systems design, script writing and adult education principles. 2-4 years WBT design experience preferred• Ability to synthesize client needs to initiate appropriate design processes• Ability to develop client training materials from basic research and secondary resource materials• Ability to write high level and functional design documents for visual media such as WBT or video training• ability to develop or enhance one additional competency area, such as project coordination, data analysis, video production, and advanced business analysis or marketing, etc.
