Description
Enclipse is seeking a qualified Project Manager/Sr. Integration Mabager to work on a 12 month contract with our premier client in Pleasanton, CA. This is with a major medical healthcare provider!

The EIM will be responsible for leading multiple integration projects from inception through implementation and maintenance.

*Must have SOA and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.*

Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for successful project delivery through active client management, project management oversight, and budget monitoring
  • Plan and conduct project kickoff meetings; define project scope; facilitate technical/operational requirements; develop detailed project plans; track/manage projects to successful completion; communicate status, issues and risks to project stakeholders; provide leadership to cross-functional project teams, and maintain project documentation
  • Negotiate with internal resource managers to provide qualified and trained resources on a timely basis, to support clients with subject matter experts, and demonstrate project leadership
  • Participate in client/stakeholder meetings and presentations to set expectations and to manage responsibilities, requirements, issues and initiatives
  • Leverage internal tools to build detailed project cost estimates, identify critical assumptions and risks, and develop Statements of Work for new opportunities
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Integration Management processes, both internally and within the industry, and its applicability to the organization
  • Interact with Development, Deployment, Release Management, Change Management, QA, Infrastructure, and other Application Support teams for production maintenance and enhancements
  • Effectively communicate project status and risk across the EIS/SOA organization
  • Contribute to the definition, application, and execution of Integration Services processes

Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical project management, program management, or professional services; Project Management certification a plus
  • 5+ years of recent experience in business process, information systems analysis, and technology consulting associated with the Integration Management domain area
  • Knowledge of client management & demonstrated confidence and credibility in front of executives and clients
  • Must be able to handle a large number of simultaneous projects, demonstrate a sense of ownership to drive projects to completion on schedule, and be successful in a collaborative environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver distributed, enterprise solutions
  • Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communications skills; must be able to communicate at all levels in the organization.
  • Key technology experience in J2EE, .NET, Web Services, SOA, WebSphere MQ, PeopleSoft is a plus
  • Priority will be given to candidates with healthcare experience
  • MS Project 4-6 years
