Description
The Senior Interactive Creative Director is a highly creative individual experienced in Interactive advertising design, and creative concepting. The Interactive Art Director is expected to not only have solid interactive technical skills as well as directing and concepting abilities. This is someone who is passionate about design/Flash design and motion graphics, but also someone who can make significant contributions to the overall creative process and to develop relationships both internally and with the client.The right candidate will bring energy and creativity to the team while adhering to deadlines and managing projects to a budget -- a highly organized, proactive, and strategic thinker who adds value to the Client relationship.OVERARCHING CLIENT SERVICE RESPONSIBILITIES: • Overseeing the entire production of interactive projects throughout the lifecycle of an account, from strategy and creative implementation to end-of-project planning. • Participating in strategic sessions, creative and technical implementation, and working with a team of information architects, designers, copywriters, developers, and technical leads. • Communicating and creating overall project vision and being accountable for the ultimate success of the project and client relationship. • Growing the client relationship while raising the level of quality and service. • Taking a proactive approach in presenting solutions for client concerns, in an effort to grow the relationship. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Responsible for the development and design of a complete range of interactive components.• Ability to take a concept and produce creative and innovative designs• Contribute to the creative process with original ideas and the development of creative concepts.• Understand business needs and budget restraints.• Manage the production process, including troubleshooting of potential problems.• Ability to take a concept and produce creative and innovative designs• Strong skills in information architecture and user interaction• Ability to communicate and cooperate with producers, creatives, and technical teams• Ability to partake in all aspects of the project lifecycle• Ability to deliver high quality work under time constraints• Contribute to the overall strategy with creative director.• Contribute to the development of the creative brief.• Supervise and direct more junior creative staff as appropriate.

Experience/Skills
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Successful candidates will possess the following: • Bachelors Degree in applied arts or graphic design (or equivalent)• 5-10 years experience• Strong presentation skills for presentations and meetings.• Must have extensive knowledge of graphics software (including a combination of AdobeFlash, AdobePhotoshop, and Illustrator).• Must have very strong written English skills• Must be capable of self-management• Must be able to manage the creative development process from start to finish.• Must be able to perform multiple tasks within established deadlines
