We are currently seeking a Senior Internet Developer for a direct-hire opportunity with one of our clients in Greensboro, NC.

As a Senior Internet Developer, the candidate will need an expert understanding of J2EE fully cycle development, Web Services, in-depth experience with WebLogic and WebSphere.

From the backend perspective, the developer must have at least 5 plus years of experience in Oracle and/or SQL Server.

Must have excellent communication skills especially related to Internet Standards and Guidelines in regards to the Internet Architecture team's strategy.

This position will provide mentoring to the other development team members.

Experience/Skills
The candidate must have 5 to 7 years of experience in the field of Software Development as Senior Java J2EE Developer. The Senior Internet Developer must have IT experience leading large projects.

Expertise in full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including
. Software Architecture,
. Object Orient programming,
. Distributed Objects,
. Designing & Prototyping using Rational Rose.

Must have strong experience in: Hibernate, JSF, Spring Frameworks, Web Services (End to end), RAD, Data Mediation and Orchestration, and Security SAML experience (Security Assertion Markup Language).

Must be eligible for employment without sponsorship (new or transfer).
