12+ years of software development experience, including OOAD, development methodology, large-scale projects, and commercial applications.
Hands-on lead architect of enterprise application software systems using Java technologies and products, J2EE, commercial application servers, RUP/3DM, other Internet technologies such as XML, relational database and legacy system integration, SQL, and Solaris.
Capable of performing as technical lead from business requirements gathering to architecture to implementation.
Significant depth in two or more technical specialties (J2EE, XML, security, Swing, etc.).
Contributed significantly to the Java Center organization in terms of thought leadership, IP development, mentoring/coaching, responding to the technical alias, etc.df-tc
