Leading global investment bank is seeking a Senior J2EE Developer/Architect to join the Technology Team at their Jersey City, NJ offices in a long-term consultant role. In this role, you will design, develop, test and implement web services applications using WebLogic. This includes working with business to review business requirements, create technical specifications, create scalable J2EE application architectures, create/maintain/execute development plans, test planning and execution, implementation planning, etc. To be successful in this role, you must possess: *6 yrs solid experience in J2EE design, development, architecture, configuration management and administration experience in WebLogic (8.x preferred). *Strong Core Java/Servlet/JSP experience. *Struts framework knowledge. *Strong XML, HTML and JavaScript experience. *3+ yrs in Database Development (DB2/UDB preferred). *Financial Industry experience (securities, banking, investment management, portfolio management, etc).
