Senior J2EE Developer for FI Trade Manager
Location: Whippany, NJ

Total Comp: 175K

Job Description:
Senior Software Developer with J2EE development experience. Self Starter, Team Player, Good Communication skills required-must be able to interact with the business on specification, user acceptance testing and deployment. Project Management experience is also required (project time estimated, time tracking, documentation, and project tracking). Must be able to handle multiple projects at a time based on the current demand.
This is a new system for Equities and options for our client. It is a client facing system

Minimum Requirements:
Platforms: Unix/Linux OS

Database Systems: Sybase and Oracle

Other Programming Skills: C#, VBA, Hands-on development experience in these areas: J2EE/Servlets/JSP/Beans/JMS/JDBC, Strong XML/XSLT background, GUI development, JBuilder/Eclipse/Ants/Weblogic, EAR/JAR Deployment and Build experience, and Clearcase. Must know how to create and use web services.

Business Knowledge: Financial Background essential. Fixed Income (Trade capture and reporting of Government and Mortgages: Inventory and Financing) background a definite plus.
