Summary
As a Senior J2EE Developer, you will be a key player in bringing new and existing customized functionalities to our business partners, for agility and ease of use. Duties/Responsibilities

Perform programming and design tasks to meet company needs, either through individual effort or within a team environment
Participate in the decision making process with immediate supervisor as well as with project teams
Make recommendations to effect changes in existing software
You must possess the following qualities:

Analytical, decision making, and problem solving abilities
Able to organize and establish an efficient approach to programming and design tasks
Able to provide coding estimates, as needed
Able to coach and direct staff in a demanding technical environment
Effective interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, both written and verbal
Excellent listening skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong negotiating and influencing skills.
Able to manage group dynamics, facilitate effective team interaction, and negotiate effectively
Able to comprehend and apply a working knowledge of a system development methodology
