Required Skills: Our Trading firm client is seeking a Senior Java Back Office Developer This candidate has to know how the Back Office work, and presumably, know more than the people reporting to him.
The technical requirements are:- ECN requirements- Trade reporting- Flow of data through the trade database- Information storage and retention issues- How eveyrthing relates to financial statements- Integration with general ledger- Very good Java experience (3+ years)- Familiarity with databases, especially SQL Server- Demonstrated ability to plan projects, manage requirements and people, and to deliver.3 people would be reporting to this candidateDesired Skills: Java and Expert Back Office Knowledge.
