Financial services client located in Charlotte, NC seeking 4 strong senior Java consultants to join their team of talented developers to assist in the development of a critical CRM application for a major banking institution. Skills include heavy Java, Design/architecture experience, hibernate, struts and J2EE. Must be senior level, have team lead experience and be able to pass a tough technical interview. The team is coding new applications as well as rewriting some Legacy software. Large teams, high energy and very smart people in the group, it is an environment that good developers will embrace. We are seeking the best of the best. Project duration is 6-12 months depending on performance. Rate is 50-55/hr W-2 only. Candidates must have EAD, Green Card, or Citizen Status to be considered. Requirements:
Excellent communication skills
8+ years of Java experience with fortune 500 companies
5+ years h eavy Java, Design/architecture experience, hibernate, struts and J2EE.
3+ years financial services industry experience
2+ years senior level and or have team lead experience
4yr college degree preferred
CRM application development experience
EAD, Green Card, or US Citizen status
