One of the nation's top digital media retailers, headquartered in Knoxville, TN, is positioning itself to triple in size over the next 5 years! They are looking for 2 - 3 Senior Java Core Application Developers to help them realize this profound growth!

A strong contender must possess the following expertise backed by proven experience:

1. Minimum of 5 solid years in Java development
2. History of object-oriented programming inside or outside of Java environment
3. Master's degree in Computer Science or related subject area

The following are highly preferred, but not necessary for success:
1. Proven mentoring experience
2. Experience in Sun Microsystems or similar Java-centric organizations
3. Swing
4. Struts
5. Tomcat
6. Internationalization
7. Oracle
8. Unix/Linux
9. Object Patterns
10. Subversion
11. Ant
12. Junit
