The candidate will function as a senior developer/analyst of the Data Management Services build team. He/she will be engaged in development work using J2EE and RDBMS and messaging technologies (includes Java/JSP/Sybase/UDB). Will also be third level production support. Need a team player good at juggling tasks to cope with shifting business priorities. He/She should be able to work with the team lead in designing and understanding technology solutions. He/She should be able to independently design technical solutions. The candidate must have a professional attitude and be able to work effectively in a team environmentdf-tc

Experience/Skills
7+ yrs total experience
- brokerage/banking background
- STRONG J2EE development skills
- STRONG database development skills (sql/stored proc development in Sybase)
- STRONG unix / java
- Good understanding of messaging infrastructure(Egate/MQ)
- version control software exposure
- good communication skills
- strong tech. trouble shooting skills

nice to have
- Experience with Trading / compliance / portfolio management applications.
