Description
REQUIRED SKILLS:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- B.S. degree in IT related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Between 7-10 years experience primarily with intranet-based web applications utilizing OOAD, J2EE, JSP, Classic ASP, and SQL Server stored procedures at an enterprise level.
- Strong background in Systems Development Methodology with some significant experience in architecture and design of system interfaces.
- 1-3 years experience as a technical team lead with demonstrated proficiency in requirements analysis, level of effort estimating, and task allocation/coordination to a team of mixed level expertise in a structured environment.
- Excellent leadership, people, and problem solving skills.
- Outstanding communication skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Experience in architecting, designing, and implementing extensions to COTS products (specifically in the area of JSP/ASP integration).
- Working knowledge of C/C++ and/or Perl in building utilities and extensions.
- Experience with BEA WebLogic J2EE development/deployment and Oracle RDBMS.
- Experience with Rational Clearcase, CVS, and Java IDEs (Eclipse).
- Experience with reports development and administration using Crystal Reports version 8 or higher.
- Experience with Pega Systems rules engine software.
- Specific knowledge of the CDO business or securities involving trade based scenarios.
