Experience/Skills
JAVA ; J2EE and associated technologies (Struts, XML, Web Services, Faces, AJAX, Springs, Hibernate, Ant etc.); Unified Modeling Language (UML); Rational Unified Process (RUP); Use of Eclipse based development tools, preferably Rational Application Developer and/or Rational Software Architect; Design and development of relational database systems; Websphere or equivalent experience Minimum 4 years experience.
