What you need for this position:

At least 4 years of hands-on Java programming.
At least 4 years of hands-on professional software development.
At least 3 years of hands-on SQL.
At least one year of experience in building applications using an end-to-end application framework and JEE technology.
Production support in an application development environment.
Experience with SDLC procedures and processes.

OTHER HELPFUL EXPERIENCE:

Oracle JDeveloper/ADF.
Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) or other ETL tools.
MVC frameworks and multi-tier architectures.
Object-Oriented Analysis and Design using UML.
Business tier domain modeling for data-centric applications.

What you'll be doing:
The Senior Java Developer will work under the direction of the AVP Application Development and Application Development Team Lead in performing analysis, design, development, testing, and debugging of database-driven application programs. The incumbent will assist the development team in providing comprehensive support for existing and new applications, and will offer expertise regarding methods, standards and technical considerations for software applications. Seeking a candidate with an excellent background in computer systems and a proven ability to learn quickly and successfully complete new assignments.
Analyze, design, develop, test, and debug multi-tier database-driven Java applications and components to support business requirements.
Design, configure, and use ETL process and tools to analyze, manipulate, and integrate data.
Create and maintain technical and knowledgebase documentation.
Diagnose problems, troubleshoot and develop technical solutions.
