If you are a Senior Software Engineer, Senior Developer, or Programmer, or a Principle Java Engineer, with a heavy Enterprise Systems Architecture background with an active TS/SCI with Full scope poly we need you!

We are a well established professional services firm that is looking for a senior Java Engineer with an active TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly who has experience leading mid-sized technical teams

What you need:

- TS/SCI ( full scope polygraph)
- 4+ years of Enterprise Systems Architecture experience using UML
- 10+ years of software engineering experience
- 5+ years of Java and J2EE experience
- 5+ years leading small to mid-size technical teams
- Experience implementing J2EE Enterprise Messaging
- Experience with Web service API and implementation (SOAP, WSDL, etc.)
- Knowledge of Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) technologies, such as Toplink or Hibernate
- Experience using CVS, SVN, or similar source code control tool
- Knowledge of database design and implementation in at least two (2) of Oracle, SQL Server, Lotus Notes, MS Access
- Proven ability to thrive in rapid application development (RAD) and Agile development environments
- Strong customer relations skills and customer service mentality


What you'll be doing:

- You will be responsible for leading the architecture and implementation of J2EE Enterprise systems of customized COTS and GOTS products and engineering the components necessary to meet customer system requirements
- You will thrive as a leader of the full software development life cycle in an agile environment and be highly skilled in the implementation of J2EE Enterprise systems, including JMS, EJB, Web services, industry standard design patterns, Enterprise Messaging, framework design and integration, and web/servlet implementations
