Our client an innovative leader in online advertising software, they work with Fortune 500 companies. They have over 150 employees and are looking to double in size within the next year. They are a well funded creative company in need of a client side (front end) Senior Java/J2EE Engineer.

They are looking for a senior level software engineer with 5+ years experience, with 3+ years with strong front end experience. The requirements for this position as follows:

*Front End: JavaScript, AJAX, JSP, Struts
*50/50 Design vs. Hands-on (Must be strong hands-on)
* Collaborate with a team of product managers, architects, and QA engineers.

This position requires strong coding and communication skills. Can pay up to 120K for an engineer that is creative with design and architecture and is also strong heads down coder.
