Senior Java Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and driven senior level Software Engineer to join us in the design and development of an advanced application platform. This is a very unique opportunity to work with a talented team designing and developing the next generation systems. Experience/Skills
--Must have a minimum of 10+ years of Hands-On Java software development experience using Object Oriented methodology.
--Proven design Skills and Experience
--Greenfield Development Experience (developing applications from the ground up)
--Demonstrated hands-on experience in the development and testing of WEB-based applications.
--Experience with XML, Java Servlets, JSP, Java Beans, JDBC, HTTP, HTML, SQL, and application servers (i.e. JBoss).
--Has experience with Unit testing (JUnit)
--Has experience with MVC
--Hands on experience with Sybase, or one of the other major databases.
--Must have worked on Internet/Intranet/e-Commerce applications.
--Demonstrated hands-on experience in UNIX (preferably Linux) environment.
--Has knowledge of the entire System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
--Able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel.
--Experience with AGILE Development Methodology
