If you are a Lead JAVA/J2EE Developer with a strong background in design and architecture, who has an active TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly, please apply on!

What you need for this position:
- Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly
- Must have MORE than 3 years of technical lead experience
- Extensive experience (at least 5 years) using Java technologies including J2SE, J2EE, JDBC, Servlets, EJBs, JSP, Tomcat, JBOSS, XML/XSLT
- Hibernate, Spring, Struts and also: Lucene, Solr, and other commercial search solutions like REST and Atom (STRONGLY PREFERRED)
- At least 5 years of experience with relational databases especially Oracle and MYSQL.
- Experience with and understanding of Unix systems (RHEL) desirable
- BS in Computer Science/Engineering/Mathematics, MS preferred

- You will be expected to design software components to be part of a large scale system.
- Build, test, deploy, and maintain production quality, high performing systems.
- You will be working with multiple teams on component integration, testing and deployment.
- Improving and upgrading software components based on new and changing requirements.
- Contributing to the design and architecture process as part of the application development team.
- Evaluate current and proposed architecture to assess potential failure points and areas for improvement.
