Principal/Lead Java/J2EE Developer with experience in framework such as Hibernate, Spring, Struts needed ASAP! You must have an active TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly to be considered. If you fit the bill,. we need to talk!

My client is a specialized provider of information technology development, consulting, and program support services for the U.S. Intelligence Community. They are experiencing rapid growth and are looking for forward thinking technologists and Software Engineers who have worked within the IC!

If you are a Lead JAVA/J2EE Developer with a strong background in design and architecture, who has an active TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly, please apply on!

What you need for this position:

- Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly
- Must have MORE than 3 years of technical lead experience
- Extensive experience (at least 5 years) using Java technologies including J2SE, J2EE, JDBC, Servlets, EJBs, JSP, Tomcat, JBOSS, XML/XSLT
- Hibernate, Spring, Struts and also: Lucene, Solr, and other commercial search solutions like REST and Atom (STRONGLY PREFERRED)
- At least 5 years of experience with relational databases especially Oracle and MYSQL.
- Experience with and understanding of Unix systems (RHEL) desirable
- BS in Computer Science/Engineering/Mathematics, MS preferred

What you'll be doing:

- You will be expected to design software components to be part of a large scale system.
- Build, test, deploy, and maintain production quality, high performing systems.
- You will be working with multiple teams on component integration, testing and deployment.
- Improving and upgrading software components based on new and changing requirements.
- Contributing to the design and architecture process as part of the application development team.
- Evaluate current and proposed architecture to assess potential failure points and areas for improvement.
