Senior Java/J2EE Developer

We are currently looking for 4 permanent developer(s) for great permanent positions in Mobile Alabama. Relocation is at candidate’s expense and VISA sponsorship is not currently available for these positions.  Interview and hiring decisions will happen quickly.

The Salary is competitive and dependent upon experience at a range of $55K - $75K annually.

Developer position available for experienced hands-on professional to develop and maintain internet-based and Client-Server applications developed in PowerBuilder and Java. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.  Must possess system design skills, strong programming skills, willingness to learn/use 4GL development tools and be a team player. Desired Skill Sets are as follows:  JAVA, J2EE, XML, XSL, PowerBuilder (not required) , Jaguar and SQLServer 2005, Transact-SQL.  Position is located in Mobile, AL

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE: BS degree in Computer Science or related field and five plus (5 ) years software development experience required.  Must have practical experience developing Web based and/or Client Server applications and a practical understand the concepts of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).  Experience with JAVA, J2EE, XML, XSL, PowerBuilder, Jaguar, JBoss, SQLServer 2005, Transact-SQL, IBM Rational software products, Source Control software products and auto insurance industry is a plus.
