Our public traded client located in the east bay is looking for Java/J2EE server engineers with 3-8 yrs. of professional Java/J2EE product development experience. Our client is the leader in artificial intelligence based educational software and is looking to expand their core product team with a Java/J2EE engineer that has worked in a full life cycle web based environment. This is an opportunity for the right individual to come into a lead role or as an individual contributor. You must have hands on full life cycle experience with the following technologies:

--Java/J2EE
--Webservices (SOAP, XML, XSLT)
--JBOSS, Tomcat, Apache
--SQL relational database methodologies
--Java web frameworks such as Struts and Cocoon

If you have previous hands on experience with the following technologies you will have the upper hand to immediately be successful in their team:

--Hibernate, Spring
--Flash and Flex
--TCP/IP
--Linux admin. Experience
