RiverPoint is looking for two senior Java Programmer/Analysts for client located in the NW Suburbs.

Qualified candidate will need to be an experienced J2EE expert.

REQUIRED:
O/O Architecture and Patterns
J2EE (EJB's, JMS)
JBoss (Understands install, architecture/framework, and ear/war deployment process)
MQ Series (not just sending/receiving messages, but Queue Manager, MQ Client, and designing solutions)
Struts
50-75% Hands-on J2EE Development
Experience with iterative development projects

Intangibles:
MUST have excellent communication skills
Ability to wok with business and director-level management
