Pay Rate: Job pays up to $70/hr (could go higher for exceptional candidates) Salary: Salary range is 75-100K Location: This job is located in Dayton, OH - All work must be done on site. Clearance: Security Clearance is NOT required - a background check will be done on all accepted candidates ********* Job Description: ********* Senior Java / J2EE Developer Skills in Order of importance: Java, J2EE (JSP, EJB, Servlet), Oracle Development (PL/SQL), RUP/UML At least eight years of progressively more demanding experience in applications software development environment using relational databases. Three years of experience developing Object Oriented Applications. Primary experience with J2EE Java and secondary experience with C++ is preferred. Experience with server side software in a scalable environment is a plus. Proven ability to develop and maintain applications using JSP/Servlet techniques, Jakarta Struts, Enterprise Java Beans, WebSphere MQ, Oracle Databases, IBM WebSphere Application Server hosted on Windows 2000 and Solaris 8, IBM WebSphere Applications Developer, Rational Unified Process (RUP, and Rational ClearCase. Experience with BEA WebLogic Services in a Hewlett Packard NonStop OSS environment and SQL MX is a plus. Experience developing Java Stored Procedures for Oracle 9i and Linux environments is also a plus.
