Description
Senior J2EE Developer who can possibly be a team lead and provide leadership to development teams who are responsible for designing and implementing the next generation of products. Teams will develop applications within existing J2EE framework.

Very Much a hands-on position that requires strong Java, J2EE and related enterprise software development skills as well as leadership.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to meet deadlines.

Experience in OOAD and UML including use cases is required.

Experience in applying best practices design patterns and following Java coding standards.

Experience with and good understanding of full software development life cycle including
requirements, documentation, QA processes, source code control, maintenance and deployments.

BS in computer science or related discipline a must. MS desired

Experience/Skills
3-5+ years of solid Java/J2EE programming experience. Team lead experience a plus. Experience in JSP, Servlets, JSF, EJB, XML, SQL, RDBMS, JDBC, Oracle, Eclipse, Ant, JUnit and Unix is required.
