Job Description:
This Senior Engineer within Testing and Technical Support (T&TS) will perform lab verification testing of product for compliance to customer requirements and industry standards, and to support the customer acceptance testing processes. She/he will provide technical support for all LG products and applications available to both carrier and end-user customers.

Develop and improve lab test processes including product tracking, reporting and summary disposition of device readiness. Improve test efficiencies utilizing standard applications to provide levels of automation of test processes.

Product performance testing includes:
Perform parametric testing, evaluation, and analysis in accordance with carrier and industry requirements and standards of LG mobile devices. Establish test processes and procedures to improve test cycle times and measurement evaluation for accuracy and completeness of S/W and H/W builds/combinations for CDMA/GSM products to support customer approvals.

Previous RF skills and RF tools experience; prefer experience in LabVIEW and automation test tools.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) from four-year college or university or equivalent experience; and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Observation skills to denote fine details of electrical devices or displays while conducting tests are required. Test processes may required driving vehicles during test processes while maintaining safe operating conditions and observations simultaneously.

Schedule: 8AM - 5PM M ~ F Overtime:Yes

FCC radio operator license preferred.
