We have an immediate need for a Senior Lead Java developer with Financial apps development experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION
We have an immediate need with a client local to Charlotte that is a Fortune 100 company for a Senior Lead Java Developer. The clients Application Developers help drive the delivery of successful, cutting edge products by working on a team with other highly talented Development and Quality Engineers. Each developer is responsible for one or more application components, from specification through design, coding, debugging, and deployment. The responsibilities cross all application layers from database, Hibernate, JBoss App Servers, and into the Adobe Flex client. Must share expertise with other team members and be willing to learn from others.
Job Description:
Designs and develops complex, integrated systems and enhancements in designated programming languages and database environment. Ensures systems and enhancements are fully compliant with requirements through appropriate unit and system / integration testing. Develops web and server based systems / applications and integration of multiple databases and information systems. Ensures functional and technical design meets business requirements. Ensures appropriate, accurate, up-to-date technical documentation is available for systems and logic behind data structures. Assists and supports testers with development and execution of test plans. Works with the network staff and user community to successfully implement new systems. Perform other duties as required.

JAVA, HIBERNATE, ASPECTJ, SPRING, FLEX 2, FLEX 3, BLAZE DS, LIVE CYCLE SERVICES (LCDS), ACTIONSCRIPT, MXML, LIVE CYCLE DESIGNER ES, CSS, XML, HTML, DHTML, JAVASCRIPT, FLASH, XMLBeans, JAX-WS, and ORACLE.

Qualifications:
Minimum 7 years commercial software development experience.
BS in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
Deep familiarity with Java application technologies
3 or more years hands-on Java Development experience.
3 or more years hands-on Hibernate experience.
2 or more years developing consumer-facing Web applications.
Experience with standard revision control and defect tracking tools.
Experience writing deployment and installation scripts for enterprise applications.
Ability to thrive working in a team environment.
Motivated self-starter who likes working on very productive, fast-paced teams.
Passionate desire to build great products.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Ideal:
International Trade Services Expertise
2 or more years hands-on Flex & Action Script development experience.
Experience developing applications which interact with Oracle 9i and 10g databases
SOA with experience with service orchestration technologies like BPEL
FileNet Workflow and Content Mgmt Expertise
