Senior Level Web DeveloperOur client, a leading integrated advertising and marketing agency in the Washington, DC area, is seeking a senior level Web Developer to join our growing team. We are searching for an individual who can take a leadership role in the company, interacting between and within different groups with a solution-focused attitude. This may involve conceptualizing, researching design solutions and thinking out-of-the-developer's box to provide the best possible interactive deliverables for our clients.Job Responsibilities:The ideal candidate possesses an extreme attention to detail and a high level of accountability and responsibility. Potential candidate must have a deep understanding of standards-compliant XHTML, JavaScript and CSS. Along with a strong command of cross-browser website and interface development, this candidate will regularly employ browser degradation strategies and be skilled at building table-free layouts using semantic mark-up using CSS.We are looking for someone that likes to get 'under the hood,' see how things work, and provide programmatic insight using current technology. You need to be both patient and excited at the same time.
