Senior Linux Engineer (aka Linux Guru)

Required:
. Extensive knowledge of Unix/Linux
8+ years experience hands-on Linux experience
. High-level Gentoo Linux administrator
Apache
Postgres
perl/python/php
bash/sh/ksh/tcsh
ssh
EXT3, FAT32
Device drivers
TCP/IP Networking
. Person should consider themselves a "System
Architect" at the OS level
. Kernel engineering
Ability to compile kernel
Select packages for kernel
Performance tuning of OS
Patch management

Desirable:
. Experience with Perforce and Build Management a plus
. Programming skills a plus
. Experience writing Linux device drivers and porting
of Linux to custom hardware is highly desired
. Previous experience with embedded software is a plus
