Description
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Thorough strategic planning, monitoring and project management, ensuring proper design, implementation, operation and management of computer resources in order to maximize system availability and performance of the Lotus Notes Database and E-mail infrastructure for all PGA TOUR staff, including the Player Links Program.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Administration and Technical Support of Lotus Domino
  • Third level analysis and trouble shooting of Lotus Domino issues
  • Design, implementation, testing and trouble shooting of the PGA TOUR Player Links System, including application Performance Management
  • Design, implementation, testing and trouble shooting of e-mail systems and application servers, including application Performance Management
  • Consulting role to the Development team regarding Best Practices and Security advice
  • Capacity Management planning for the Lotus Domino infrastructure
  • Documentation of Domino server environment and Domino procedures for both servers and clients
  • Project management tasks as assigned and adherence to proper Change Management procedures
  • Design, implementation and testing of all network systems, including problem determination and escalation
  • AS/400 Technical Support and it's email integration
    Network and application security
  • Mentoring of Help Desk Level 2 Lotus Domino client support staff
  • Consistent administration and execution of the mail archiving program
  • After hours support and rotation
  • Familiarity with: Network Performance, installed network architecture, Veritas NetBackup systems including the Domino Veritas Agent


    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Education/Certification: B.S. in Information Systems/Management or equivalent job experience required.

    Experience: 5+ years Lotus Domino administration experience required in a 1,000 + user environment & Lotus CLP (Certified Lotus Professional) required (R6 preferred). Advanced familiarity of Windows and Linux Server Administration also required, including Server Clustering. MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) or RHCE (Linux Red Hat Certified Engineer) Certifications preferred. Familiarity with AS/400 Administration preferred.
