Description
- Domino Developer working in Win2K Domino ND6.5 environment
- Perform all technical processes related to our sytem development life cycle
- Responsibilities will include system definition, requirements analysis, design, development, testing, optimization and implementation. Will also be responsible for creating test plans and supporting documentation
- Creating new applications as well as making enhancements and handling maintenance for existing applications
- Work with customers to understand their business requirements and determine appropriate technical solutions that meet the customer's business requirements, budget and schedule
- Integrate solutions into the technical infrastructure by staying abreast of current Domino/Notes standards and industry technology
- Monitor application changes and identify potential impacts to the infrastructure
- Perform project management tasks as needed to ensure enhacements are delivered on time, on-budget and meeting user requirements
- Possibility of on-call responsibilities

Experience/Skills
- ND6.5 Lotus Notes Development including web enabled systems
- Proficiency in Lotus Script, JavaScript, HTML, Subforms, Script Libraries, Pages, Framesets, Views, Navigators, Agents, Domino Designer and Domino XML
- Great communication skills including with non-technical clients
- Problem isolation and solving skills
- Develop and modify high quality software in a timely and effective manner
- Willingness to take initiative to learn and develop new technical skills as needed
- Ability to work effectively in team environment
- Windows Operating Systems
