Genesis10 is seeking a Senior Mainframe Programmer for a major client in the San Francisco Bay area.

Experience/Skills
Required Skills:

- Competence in the design and implementation of mainframe applications.
- Knowledge of the state-of-the-art software/database engineering methodologies, CASE tools, and design techniques, as well as applicable software/database standards.
- 6 to 10 years experience.
- Current use of COBOL mainframe programming language with emphasis in online and batch programming experience and other mainframe utilities/tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of structured project methodology a must.
- Strong attention to detail with outstanding problem solving skills.
- Ability to organize multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Analytical ability, negotiation skills and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
