PD EI's objective is to obtain functional and efficient program management support with an emphasis on the program's mission and vision. Ideal candidate would be a Senior Analyst with a functional background that can manage engagement tasks while continuously seeking out areas of improvement.

Examples of tasks are as follows:
  • Manage PD EI Suspense Tracking Tool (STT) and related suspenses;
  • Manage PD EI Army Knowledge Online (AKO) Knowledge Center (KC) actions;
  • Develop required briefings (mainly Quarterly Performance Reviews) using Microsoft product applications particularly PowerPoint;
  • Manage and facilitate Risk Review Board Meetings that support the program's risk management efforts;
  • Prepare and submit monthly engagement management documents (i.e. Engagement status report, MFSR, SF1034 Invoice, Travel expense packet);
  • Manage all engagement financial pieces and report findings to Task 32 manager (i.e. Bi-monthly WIP data, Engagement Model)
  • Attend PM/APM Quarterly Performance Review (QPR) briefs with PD EI leadership
  • Complete miscellaneous internal actions, such as gather, organize, analyze, recommend and report information on issues, problems, and/or procedures.
  • Coordinate with PM/APMs or their staff as directed by Deputy PM, and support EI topical meetings, EI staff meetings, and EI program reviews;
  • Serve as main point of contact (POC) for all Task 32 activities

    Required Skills:
  • 1-2 years experience with Microsoft Office suite (mainly PowerPoint and Access)
  • Working knowledge of Document collaboration suite
  • 1 year experience with Army Knowledge Online (AKO)

    Desired Skills:
  • Must be proactive, self motivated, think and act independently exhibiting good judgment and time management skills;
  • Must possess strong analytical skills, oral and written communication skills, and the ability to get along with a wide range of people as well as work effectively in a team environment.
