The Role:

The Senior Manager Client Services will lead the organization responsible for the pre-sales and post-deployment solution consultancy, project management, testing, deployment, and support of company-s solutions. He /she will be responsible and accountable for building a Customer Support team that is "best in class" in terms of design, delivery and education services to customers ensuring high-level delivery of the Company-s solutions and satisfied clients.

The general focus areas of this role are to:

- Build, lead and scale the professional services organization around the primary objective of efficient support, testing, successful delivery of solutions in the client-s workplace and high client loyalty offering value added advice and understanding.

- Create new methods of providing help desk support, such as on-line tools, knowledgebase tools and innovative training and documentation methods.

- Manage the testing process. Responsible for quality of all product updates and releases.

- Provide solutions consultancy expertise and the foundational knowledge base that will promote ongoing career development and opportunities for Solutions Consultants and professional services professionals.

- Utilize expertise in applying service design and methodology to guide the development and refinement of business processes that get the best long-term results for clients.

- Personally build client relationships and the comprehensive and deep understanding of their business and marketplace that models world-class service and best-practices.df-tc


Experience/Skills
Meeting or exceeding the following criteria would mean we have the ideal candidate for the job!
- Must have 8 - 10 years of successful customer support role and strong project management skills.
- Demonstrated hand-on success in building, growing and scaling world-class Help Desk, pre-sales services, customer support, technical support and /or professional services functions
- Experience in supporting software implementation and roll out over large user base.
- Strong service orientation. Brings experience in managing organizational change while maintaining high level of internal and external customer satisfaction.
- Strong Performance Metrics Management experience and focus on managing employee performance through measurable and quantifiable objectives. Successful tactical execution skills.
- A seasoned leader, mentor and team player with outstanding skills in organizational impact through critical reasoning and influencing skills.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills. Capable of positioning and representing the company-s image effectively through excellent communication skills.
- Strong industry referrals to demonstrate this success.
- Has drive and strong career aspirations, but not a compulsive job hopper.
