Primary Responsibilities
Strong Leader with technical and analytical work in researching, planning, troubleshooting, and implementing Financial system changes in an operational environment.This position will be part of the Corporate Systems team and will have primary responsibility for Maintaining and supporting Financial System Users.

Work involves understanding ongoing enhancement request, identifying improvement opportunities, analyzing requirements and developing functional designs. Duties include assessing business needs to establish configuration requirements for specific financial systems, establishing testing scenarios, assisting with UAT testing and collaboration with Training staff to roll Human Capital & Financial Systems out to the user community.

Work Involves having the ability manage multiple projects and provide leadership in effective closed loop communications with Financial user community and leadership.

Work is performed across a broad spectrum of financial operations areas, to potentially include Axapta or Peoplesoft , Hyperionand Data warehousing systems in the areas of Finance, Human Capital Management and Time Keeping

A broad systems background is necessary.Work is evaluated for planning, effectiveness, completion and results.

Experience/Skills
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
· Brings extensive knowledge of at least one Axapta/ Peoplesoft/Oracle systems in the areas of Financials and Human Capital Management gained through leadership or detailed participation in an enterprise implementation.
· Writes and maintains functional and Technical specifications for new or modified business systems
· Consults and coordinates with development team(s) to implement and/or design and develop automated business systems
· Develops, coordinates, and implements plans to test business and functional processes
· Coordinates operational resources for User Acceptance Testing
· Consults with business unit management and personnel to obtain additional information during system development and helps to evaluates alternatives to systems modifications
· Tracks and documents changes to functional and Technical specifications

QUALIFICATIONS:
· Strong understanding of project management methodology or certification PMP is desired.
· Functional and Technical understanding of Financial & Human Resource Systems
· Technical Understanding of Data warehouse Architecture & Systems
· Experience with Interaction with Financial & HR user community in corporate setting
· Experience and demonstrated knowledge of relevant Axapta/PeopleSoft Financial Modules SCM module(s) or Axapta, Visio, Advanced knowledge of current principles, practices and techniques of business process and/or systems requirements analysis.
· Knowledge of testing methodologies, writing test plans and test scripts.
· Ability to understand and assess moderate to complex business processes and systems.
· Ability to diagnose business problems quickly and develop effective solutions for problem resolution.
· Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
· Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
· Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of employees, managers, clients, and customers
· Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
· Ability to apply technological concepts and tools within established paramet
