Job Title:
Senior Manager, Program Management

Job Summary:
The Senior Manager, Program Management role provides an exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced Project Management professional, encompassing all facets of project and program management, client management and team leadership. You will bring a strong understanding of Sapient’s capabilities to lead large multi-disciplinary teams in the successful delivery of integrated client solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Structure and manage integrated, multi-track projects and programs to meet overall objectives and client business drivers.
  • Establish and maintain project tracking and program communications.
  • Oversee project estimations and staffing, as well as assess and manage risk across multiple projects
  • Set project quality and performance standards.
  • Directly supervise the work of Associate Project Manager(s), Project Managers, Track Leads & Domain Leads.
  • Manage third-party partner and/or vendor relationships, as necessary

    Experience Guidelines:
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 10+ years of industry experience
  • 5+ years project management experience in delivering internet solutions in a client-service organization
  • Led diverse teams of 25 or more people in dynamic and fast-paced and globally diverse environments
  • Accountability for budget or client revenue of $6mm+
  • 3+ years of client management experience with primary accountability for peer-level client relationships at the executive level
  • Experienced multiple full project lifecycles from business development to final delivery
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously (preferably in an integrated program)
  • Led teams with multiple discipline representation (especially technology, creative, and strategy)
  • Direct managerial responsibility for team of 5 or more, working effectively with project teams and clients
  • Frequent travel may be required.

    Bachelor’s degree required
