Berean Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Office

Primary Responsibilities Include:
* Providing overall Project-Management oversight and expertise on medium- to large-sized projects within assigned Loan-Origination channel
* Supervising other Project Managers and/or Project Analysts
* Ensuring smooth distribution of releases into production
* Determining and implementing Project-Management process improvements both within and outside of assigned Loan-Origination channel

A Successful Candidate Will Have:
* Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Computer Information-Systems or related field
* 8+ years experience in Project Management, Application Development and/or Systems Analysis
* Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex projects (from inception to implementation) in a timely and budget-sensitive manner
* Ability to effectively operate under the pressure of strict deadlines
* Extensive knowledge of Project-Management practices and methodology
* Exceptional interpersonal skills
* Ability to effectively express complex technical concepts (both verbally and in writing) to Business, Marketing and Technical audiences alike
* Ability to effectively interact and work with people from various disciplines who may possess varying degrees of technical skill and/or experience
* Ability to negotiate and solicit consensus and cooperative spirit among diverse groups of people
* Ability to positively impact the activities and influence the actions of others
* Leadership, managerial and partnering skills
* Extensive experience with Project-Management software and structured-project methodologies

The Ideal Candidate May Also Possess:
* Knowledge of Mortgage-Banking and Financial-Services industry
* Experience with Microsoft-Office products such as Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, etc
