Description
Job Summary: We currently have an opening for a Senior Manager, SAP Integration in our Parsippany, New Jersey location. This position will be accountable for the delivery of SAP designed processes and interfaces for Finance, SCM and HR, and will drive business process improvements in the use of SAP systems. This role will lead initiatives to leverage the full features and functionalities within SAP to drive best in class operations.

Responsibilities: In this role, you will develop solutions to complex problems related to overall SAP support. You will analyze business processes and application usage, design new functionalities to meet the businesses needs, and understand content, processes and procedures associated with SAP functional areas and configure SAP to enable these functions. You will facilitate problem solving discussions with various departments and determine how to best satisfy customer requirements. You will manage enhancement requests, and support the overall application architecture for SAP (i.e. conduct analyses, create technology roadmaps) ensuring that it is appropriate across the business and evolves to meet changing business and technology requirements.

Education/Experience: Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems OR commensurate experience. You must have at least 7 years of IS work experience, including Project Management, with a minimum of 5 years experience in FI/CO, SCM and HCM modules. Additional requirements are as follows: expert knowledge in designing, configuring, testing and deploying; experience implementing and supporting a productive SAP environment; familiarity with SOX and GxP; prior managerial experience. The following experience and skills are a plus: system documentation and procedure writing skills; familiarity with structured change control procedures; relevant pharmaceutical industry experience.
