Job Summary: We currently have an opening for a Senior Manager, SAP Process Managment in our Parsippany, New Jersey location. This position will have overall responsibility for the HR Master Data and organizational structure in the SAP HCM module. The Senior Manager will be responsible for process managing within HR all SAP transactional and year end processes, and serve as the main contact for all data related issues and data integrity, including data audits.

Responsibilities: In this role, you will be responsible for streamlining and consolidating various efforts required to make organizational changes, as well as for communicating with the functions impacted by these changes. You will attend meetings to understand business-side changes, such as re-organizations, and provide appropriate feedback. You will maintain a high level of SAP OM and PA expertise across integrated modules such as Compensation, Performance Management, LSO and Training. You will provide process management for HR for any SAP large scale initiatives, such as Sales realignments or SAP upgrades. You will develop new initiatives, and review and enhance current processes, system procedures and practices as related to HR technology applications. Additionally, you will evaluate, test and recommend application modifications or new applications needed to achieve HR departmental goals. You will also manage three data entry coordinators.

Education/Experience: Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree. A major in Human Resources or Computer Science preferred. You must have a minimum of 3 years HR experience. A general understanding of testing protocol is a plus. HR generalist, benefits, or compensation experience is a plus. Experience with SAP OM and PA modules is required; project management experience is a plus. You must have the ability to manage and train staff, multi-task, and maintain a professional work ethic while handling confidential information. Working knowledge of web-enabled applications, a general understanding of web and network infrastructure, and the ability to gather user requirements and translate them into business specifications are all essential.df-tc
