Exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager of Technical Services whose primary responsibility is to lead the strategic planning, design. In this role you will lead, manage, mentor and grow a small team of Support Specialists, Network Engineers and Administrators in these areas: frastructure and strategic Planning. Design and implement short and long-term strategic plans for the following:Network and Server capacity to meet existing and future needs.Active Directory/Exchange services. Qualifications
BS in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS or related degree
Previous certifications in MCSE or equivalent desired
10-12 years of Information Technology experience
5-8 years of Information Technology management responsibility. Exceptional technical knowledge of network and PC operating systems, including Windows NT, 2000, 2003 Server, Windows NT, 2000, XP and Vista desktop operating systems.
Hands-on experience implementing, configuring and troubleshooting hardware such as servers, routers, firewalls, switches, and other network, server and desktop technologies.
Excellent knowledge of current protocols and standards, including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, WINS, Active Directory, SSL VPNs, IPSEC VPN, and RADIUS.
Experience implementing and supporting; Desktop Management, Server Management, Security Event Management, Client Security solutions, Patch Management, e-Policy enforcement solutions, Perimeter Scanning solutions, Penetration Testing Systems, and Vulnerability Assessment solutions.
Excellent knowledge of Cisco Routers/Switches, Cisco PIX Firewalls, Sonicwall Security Appliances, IronMail E-Mail Firewalls, HP/Compaq Proliant Servers, APC UPS systems and other network infrastructure required.
