Due to expanding opportunities, American Express Incentive Services (AEIS), a leading stored value card provider and an incentive industry leader, is seeking an Senior-level Manager to focus on the Consumer Promotions market. The person in this role will lead the creation and implementation of strategies to maximize sales in the consumer promotions marketplace.

We seek a leader who is highly skilled in general management and has a background in the consumer promotions area. The winning candidate will have experience with Consumer Sales, Marketing and Operations.

In this fast-paced, multi-tasking environment we will consider candidates who meet the following minimum requirements:

Bachelors degree required. In addition, Masters degree or equivalent relevant experience is also required.
5+ years proven experience in Consumer Promotions
5+ years General Management experience.
Experienced in developing, implementing and evaluating sales marketing efforts
25% overnite travel required
Excellent planning, organizing & presentation skills.
Positive, market and client-focused attitude.
