Real dream job for a Senior Manager of HR Systems exhibiting a B.S. in Information Management Systems and/or BA in HR or Business Administration, Masters Degree preferred, minimum of 5 years experience in two or more HR related areas, generalist, compensation, benefits, training, policy or staffing and 5 years of management experience. Well known law firm offers, great benefits, parking and other perks. In this position, you will be responsible for assessing HR systems in place and recommending possible modifications and/or upgrades for all HR-related departments, including attorney development and attorney recruiting, provide project management and issue resolution on all HR system-related projects in coordination with it and relevant vendors and ensuring systems security issues are identifiied, researched and resolved in coordination with the IT security manager.
