Well known law firm has a high level position for a Senior Manager of HR Systems to be responsible for assessing HR Systems in place and recommending possible modifications and/or upgrades for all HR-related departments including attorney development and attorney recruiting, provide project management and issue resolution on all HR System-related projects in coordination with IT and relevant vendors and ensure systems security issues are identified, researched and resolved in coordination with the IT Security Manager. Position offers parking and great benefits. Five years of HR Technology design, development implementation and/or troubleshooting and minimum of 5 years management experience preferred, B.S. in Information Management Systems and/or BA in HR or Business Administration, Masters Degree preferred.
