Senior Manager of Quality Assurance

Required Experience:
Bachelors degree in MIS, CS, Business Administration or related degree
10+ years IT experience
8+ years QA experience
5+ years QA management experience

Required Skills:

Strategy - Must have the ability to define and implement the strategic direction for a 30+ person QA organization. This includes the definition and implementation of a QA process; definition and implementation of QA metrics to track organizational success; implementation of plan to continuously improve deliverables through areas such as automation or process improvements

Management - Must have extensive experience with all aspects of employee management including recruiting, compensation, promotions, training, HR administration, and terminations.

Automation - Must have 3+ years hands on experience implementing and executing automated testing projects. Includes automated functional testing, performance testing, test management, and monitoring. Experience with Segue product line a plus.

Communication - Must have ability to clearly articulate QA risks, status, and direction to executive management. This requires excellent written and verbal communication skills that cover all aspects of quality assurance ? configuration management, testing, change control, etc.

Technology - Must possess extensive hands on working experience with the following technologies TestDirector, Loadrunner and WinRunner.df-tc
